This Boston KS hand-crank, metal pencil sharpener was made in the USA and is reminiscent of days past. Boston pencil sharpeners were found all over American homes and schools at one time.  This one was found in a basement where it was screwed to a wall.  There are holes where you can attach your own screws. This piece has been tested, but it has obvious signs of exterior wear and rust (see picture).  Some may choose to use metal cleaner to remove the rust.  Others may love the tarnish as it adds character. It measures approximately 4.5 wide (from handle to rotating end) x 3.5 tall x 2.5" deep and weighs about 1 lb.
